Booking

To ensure the structures you have chosen, we advise you to book well in advance, especially in the peak season (July, August, Christmas holidays).

In case of unavailability of the accommodation you have chosen, Kili Sky Safaris will take care of finding similar ones where possible.

Your reservation will be effective when Kili Sky Safaris has received a deposit of 50% of the total and confirmation by email of the agreed program.

The balance must be settled 30 days before departure.

Reservations or changes requested within 45 days prior to departure may be subject to change in the rate indicated on the site.

Terms of payment

The entire amount of the trip must be paid into the Kili Sky Safaris account in Tanzania with a bank transfer in USD currency.

The costs of the international transfer must be paid by you.

Kili Sky Safaris reserves the right to refuse all or part of the services in the event that the regulation will not comply with the contractual conditions set out here.

Annulment

All cancellation requests must be received in writing to Kili Sky Safaris.

The repayment margins must be considered applied on the date of receipt of the courier by Kili Sky Safaris.

It will be retained with respect to the entire amount of the trip:

• More than 44 days before departure: 40% of the amount of the trip (excluding internal air flights that will not be refunded)

• Less than 44 days before departure: 100% of the travel amount

Liability and insurance

Rates are subject to any change in entrance fees or overnight stays in parks or any other tolls.

Kili Sky Safaris will not be held responsible for any changes to the route or accommodation in case of bad weather, whatever their nature.

While ensuring the utmost professionalism of the staff, Kili Sky Safaris will not be held responsible in the event of an accident occurred on Tanzanian soil.

On the other hand, immediate air transport to the nearest hospital (excluding medical expenses) in the event of serious health conditions will be borne by Kili Sky Safaris, taking advantage of the Flying Doctor service guaranteed throughout the territory of Tanzania with the exclusion of the islands.

Kili Sky Safaris is relieved of any responsibility in case of any timetable changes related to airlines, additional taxes, flight cancellation, any loss or damage suffered during flights and plane transfers. Such disputes will have to be settled directly with the airline.

We recommend that you take out, before departure, a personal cancellation insurance (to be made on the day of booking), interruption of the stay, medical, hospital costs, repatriation and to bring the policy with you. A modest expense to travel without worries.
